What if I can't remember my username?
Your username is emailed to you when you first create an account. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam filter too. If you still cannot find your username, you can can also access your account by entering your email address along with your password.
What if I forgot my password?
Click the “Lost your password?” link in the Login Box, then enter the email address that you used to create your account. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. If you do not receive an email with a reset code, check your spam filter as sometimes emails get flagged as spam. Should you continue to have problems, please email your desired password to info@petrasdogresourcecenter.com and we can reset your information for you.

How do I access my Account page?
You can access your Account page by going to https://www.petrasdogresourcecenter.com/my-account/ and then enter your username or email address and password. This will bring you to the Dashboard of your Account page.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds on webinar purchases. So please be sure that you have the technical ability to view the webinar(s). We do not offer refunds for Memberships, but you can choose to not renew your membership(s).

What types of payment do you accept?
When you make a purchase, you can choose to pay by credit card or with PayPal. All payment transactions and personal data are secured via SSL Connection. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and in short, it’s the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent between two systems, preventing criminals from reading and modifying any information transferred, including potential personal details.
